Gayatri Samant

Gayatri holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from JBIMS. She has more than 15 years of work experience and has worked with organizations like eFunds Corporation (FIS) and Ugam Solutions. She has worked on various engagements spanning project management, client management/servicing, process management, team management, training and business development.

Rohini D'Souza

Rohini is an Industrial & Organizational Psychologist along with an MBA in HR. She is also a certified Professional Coach, Hypno-Therapist and an Advanced Extended DISC administrator. She has over fifteen years of experience in the field of training and operations; encompassing training and development, business excellence, quality improvement, customer service, complaint handling as well as coaching and managing large and diverse teams across training and operations.

Rohini has provided consulting services for Deloitte, Lakme, Lisle Tech, Phillips Pharmaceuticals (Kenya), Mayfair (Europe) etc. where she has undertaken assignments such as competency modeling; psychometric profiling, assessment centres. She has also successfully designed, developed and facilitated several training and development programmes for leaders, managers, executives, trainers and new recruits in reputed organizations such as Deloitte, L&T, Glenmark, Indian Oil, Piramal, TravelGuru, Hutchison telecom, Prudential Assurance, Raymonds, ICICI Prudential, IDBI, Capita India Private Ltd. Rohini is also the Chief Facilitator for Xavier Institute of Leadership.

Arun Chitlangia

A graduate in commerce he started off in the manufacturing industry and moved is way up. He has worked for Reliance Group Company as a Director. He was the Vice-Chairman of ISTD (Indian Society for Training & Development) in 2009-10 and has been associated with organizations such as BMA (Bombay Management Association). He was President of Lions Club of Shivaji Park in 1998-99.

With an industry experience of over 38 years, he has been a trainer for almost a decade. He has trained more than 15,000 corporate employees such as L&T, Tata Telecom, HPCL etc. His area of expertise is quite diverse and includes leadership, team building, public speaking, personality development and training trainers.

Mohini Dass

has a Masters in English Literature from Mumbai University. She has more than 12 years of work experience with 6 years in the field of education alone training and teaching. She has worked with organizations like Prudential and Capita India gaining valuable experience in the corporate world.

Owen Fernandes

An international MBA instructor specializing in Business Operations, and is based out of Europe. Holder of 5 scholarships for academic excellence, he has traveled extensively to more than 40 countries and has a total work experience of 21 years in senior management level in Africa, Asia and in Europe.

His industry and teaching experience gives him just that additional bit of an advantage when it comes to developing strategies and building strong foundations in the global context of doing business and being successful. He is proficient in mastermind study groups, workshops and coaching, aiding personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods.
